Fantastic Fall Foliage 2014!

Submitted October 22, 2014 at 4:25 PM

There's no doubt that Red Butte Garden is one of the best places in Salt Lake City to see fall color and there's no better time than right now. You can begin with a relaxing stroll through the full palette colors of our formal gardens provide, then continue with a hike in the Natural Area to see the colors that Mother Nature has grown.

Pulmonaria 'Silver Bouquet' sitting pretty in a bed of fallen Amelanchier leaves.

Inca Ice Peruvian Lily   Alstroemeria 'Inca Ice'

Just because it's fall, doesn't mean there aren't beautiful flowers still showing off!

The pear arbors are decorated with lighting for Garden After Dark and surrounded with beautiful fall color.

Mandchurian Maple   Acer mandshuricum

Many varieties of maples can be found throughout the Garden.

The backdrop of native trees beautifully compliments the gold and copper of our ornamental grasses near the Water Pavilion.

A stunning red Viburnum welcomes you into the Children's Garden.

Don't forget to come back for our Garden After Dark Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, October 23-25!
