Join along with instructor Purnima Gandhi as she prepares delicious Indian cuisine from various regions of India. You will be introduced to traditional Indian spices including cumin, cardamom, tumeric, coriander, and other ingredients and techniques used to prepare traditional Indian dishes.
This will be an interactive online class. Three recipes will be sent in advance so students can obtain all ingredients. All recipes will have instructions for preparing ingredients before class in order to follow along. We hope you will join her and be a part of her love of cooking.
