It's Friday! Come celebrate at Red Butte Garden and you will be sure to have a blooming spectacular weekend! If you come in the morning, you will be able to beat the heat as well as get to experience the tranquility created by all the bees buzzing.

Globe Thistle    Echinops ritro

The bees are definitely buzzing for these flowers. How many bees can you spot?

Inca IceTM Peruvian Lily    Alstroemeria 'Koice'

This unique beauty is stunning and can be seen along the Floral Walk.

Sacred Datura    Datura wrightii

This flower is a night bloomer, opening at dusk. If you get here early enough in the morning, like the bee pictured above, you'll get to witness its elegant mystery before it closes for the day.

Oregon Grape    Mahonia repens

Check out the fruit on this delightful shrub! They are actually berries and not grapes as the name suggests.

Moon Carrot   Seseli gummiferum

The bees seem to love this flower too! The blue foliage of this unusual plant stands out in the light of the moon.

All of these plants can be seen along the Floral Walk. Now that you have seen a glimpse, make your weekend one to remember by visiting the Garden.
