Welcome July! It is hoppin with blooms up here at Red Butte Garden. Come experience the amazing display of nature!

Illuminaiton® Flame Foxglove     Digitalis 'Illumination Flame'

This bee is going in for the landing! If you like spying on bees, the Orangerie Boardwalk is a great spot.

Leopard Lily     Belamcanda chinensis

It is easy to see where this plant gets it's common name from! It is growing in the Medicinal Garden.

Pink Double Delight     Echinacea purpurea 'Pink Double Delight'

This is a double flowered cone flower. So much flower packed into one! It can be seen along the Orangerie Boardwalk.

Red Yucca     Hesperaloe parviflora

Despite it's common name, this is not a true yucca, but they are in the same family (Agave Family). You can see it along the Floral Walk.

Peruvian Lily     Alstroemeria 'Sweet Laura'

Botany fact: The six petals you see are actually referred to as tepals, because in the lily family, the sepals and petals look similar to one another.

Summer is in full swing and so are the flowers! Come see the burst of blooms!
